Biography: Sana Amin Sheikh is an indian film and tv acress born on 10 August in Mumbai.  Sana puts in Mumbai. She knows Urdu, English, Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi. Sana did her graduate and  high school from St. Joseph's Convent, Bandra, Mumbai, class of 2001 and college from RD National College, Bandra, Mumbai in 2005.

Sana's passion and interest in acting has been there since childhood; her hardwork in this field has made her a successful actress today.  Sana began acting as a child artist and played the role of young Savi in Hasratein.  

 She also a part of the famous Star Plus drama Mann Kee Awaaz Pratigya performing the role of Ganga. now she was seen playing a negative role in Colours' Sasural Simar Ka as Naina. Sana has won the hearts of many. She made her Bollywood debut in Rohit Shetty's Singham and also did Table No-21.

Sakshi is most known for his playing roles of Parvati Agarwal and Priya Kapoor in tv serials Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii and Bade Achhe Lagte Hain. She is one of the leading actress of Indian television. She has appeared in various television serials, reality shows, and movies also.

Tanwar starts her career in 1990s  with an anchor in a television program. Sakshi 1st television serial was Dastoor.  After she got chance with Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki, which became best popular and air from 2000 to 2008. She played the female role Parvati Agarwal. Since May 2011, she has been playing Priya Kapoor, the female protagonist, in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain.

Sakshi has worked in different serials, like Devi, in which she roled the central character of Gayatri, who is a spiritually inclined woman with a strong connection to maa Durga. Sakshi also did few movies in 2008, one of them was Coffee House, in which she was the main protagonist.
