Biography: Sakshi Tanwar is an Indian television actress who born 12 January 1973. Sakshi is most known for his playing roles of Parvati Agarwal and Priya Kapoor in tv serials Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii and Bade Achhe Lagte Hain. She is one of the leading actress of Indian television. She has appeared in various television serials, reality shows, and movies also.
Tanwar starts her career in 1990s with an anchor in a television program. Sakshi 1st television serial was Dastoor. After she got chance with Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki, which became best popular and air from 2000 to 2008. She played the female role Parvati Agarwal. Since May 2011, she has been playing Priya Kapoor, the female protagonist, in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain. Sakshi has worked in different serials, like Devi, in which she roled the central character of Gayatri, who is a spiritually inclined woman with a strong connection to maa Durga. Sakshi also did few movies in 2008, one of them was Coffee House, in which she was the main protagonist.
